Burg Theater Wien
It’s only natural that the largest and most significant institution in the German-speaking region in the tradition of spoken theater should have an identity based on language. The word BURG is always center stage, flanked by anything between two and a hundred different words. This in turn results in infinite logo variations, each with a unique statement to make. A large-scale poster campaign in Vienna highlighted the era with German director Matthias Hartmann at the helm.
